TERMS.

These website terms govern use of the Damn Cold Ice Co. website, calculator, quote desk and customer control room.

ESTIMATES + QUOTES

Calculator results are planning estimates only. Availability, quantities, equipment, delivery windows, taxes, fees and final pricing are confirmed only in a written quote or service agreement.

SERVICE REQUESTS

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or delivery. Service is confirmed after Damn Cold reviews the request and provides written confirmation. Customers are responsible for accurate locations, dates, access instructions and site conditions.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS + PAYMENTS

Account users must keep sign-in access secure and may use the control room only for their authorized company or projects. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Delivery, usage and billing records should be reported promptly if they appear incorrect.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit unlawful content or use automated systems to overwhelm the quote desk.
